For suitable projects, the structure can be designed around a 5–7 year contracted recovery period, after which ownership can transfer to you as per the agreed contract.

For suitable projects, the commercial structure can typically be designed around a 5–7 year contracted recovery/subscription period, subject to project economics, customer credit quality and financing approval.
Even after ownership, grid fixed charges, demand charges, taxes and consumption beyond solar generation may still apply. This is the key difference between a normal EPC purchase and the IG Solar Zero Investment model.
