N-Type TOPCon Solar Modules
TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) modules use N-Type cells with an ultra-thin tunnel oxide layer that cuts recombination losses. The result: higher efficiency, low light-induced degradation and stronger output in heat and low light. Our TOPCon range goes up to 715 Wp and around 23% module efficiency.
